The maker of the original StudSensor™ is now taking stud finding to the next generation. First in a new line of product overhauls, the StudSensor™ EDGE is a complete redesign of Zircon's most popular tool.
Its new patent-pending pinch grip design features a body molded specifically to fit comfortably in the palm of your hand. The end result is a secure hold in either hand at any angle providing a new level of ease, comfort, and utility to the user. The EDGE also features a user-friendly interface and improved SpotLite® Pointer System which shines a bright arrow-shaped beam on the wall to clearly identify the edge of the target.
The bevy of improvements and the revolutionary new design make it our best entry-level stud finder yet.
- Locates the edges of wood or metal studs up to 3/4 inch (19 mm) deep.
- New "Ready" light indicates when calibration has completed successfully.
- New "Edge" light indicates when the tool is over a stud edge.
- Updated SpotLite® Pointer System shines an arrow-shaped light on the wall to mark the target.
- Should scanning begin over a stud, Zircon's patented "over-the-stud" indicator alerts the user to start the scan in a new location.
