I'm having problems with the DVD that came with the product...

The DVDs that come with our CenterVision products are meant for your Region 1 (North America) DVD movie player. They do not have DVD-ROM content and will not play in your computer unless you have specific software.

If you're having problems with the DVD, or if it's not playing in your Region 1 DVD player, please contact us so we can arrange to send you a replacement.
