CAMPBELL, Calif., September 10, 2024 – Zircon Corporation today announced the appointment of Ryan McDowell as the Vice President of National Accounts and Global Product Management. Ryan brings over a decade of experience in product management and engineering, including managing product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams in competitive markets.

Most recently, Ryan served as a Senior Product Manager at Cooper Lighting, where he managed a substantial consumer business, developed go-to-market strategies, and launched products that gained market share in the lighting industry.
Ryan also has experience as a National Sales Account Manager, where he managed relationships with major retailers, including Walmart, Costco, Amazon, and Wayfair, contributing to revenue growth across multiple channels.
His background in engineering, including roles as a Senior Engineer and Program Manager, has equipped him with technical and project management expertise. He has led the development and launch of successful products, secured design patents, and negotiated supplier agreements.
Ryan holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia College and State University.
Ryan will lead National Accounts and Global Product Management teams, focusing on innovation, customer relationships, and market expansion.
