Shipping

We offer free ground shipping in the United States. When you place an order, estimated delivery dates will be provided based on the availability of your items and your shipping location. Once your order is processed, shipping generally takes 3 business days, however may take up to 5 depending on inventory location and shipping destination.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any full-price item for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any items marked "sale" are final sale and cannot be returned. Any items received more than 30 days ago are not eligible for returns.

To begin a return, please go to our returns portal and enter your information, or email info@zircon.com with your order #, which can be found under your account/orders page.

Upon submission of your return request, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your product. Unless the return is due to an error (e.g., received wrong item), you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s). Returns can take up to 7 days to be processed once received. You will receive an email once we have processed your return and issued a refund (if eligible). The refund will be issued in the form of the original payment; it can take up to 30 days for your refund to appear, however usually most banks are within 15 days.
