We automatically collect information about when you visit our Website and when you use our mobile applications (“Apps”).

In the preceding twelve (12) months, We have disclosed the Personal Information we collected from you for a business purpose to our business partners or service providers.  We did not collect and, therefore, did not disclose any sensitive or Special Category Personal Information.

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The criteria we use to determine retention periods include:

  • the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you;
  • whether there is a legal obligation to retain the data; and
  • whether retention is advisable considering our legal position in accordance with any applicable statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations.

Your Rights and Access to Personal Information

You have the following rights with respect to your Personal Information:

We will endeavor to honor your request to delete any of your Personal Information that we collected and retained, subject to certain exceptions. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative. 
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.  Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.  Our disclosures will only cover the 12 months preceding our receipt of the verifiable consumer. Our response will also explain why we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide a cost estimate before completing your request.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Personal Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your Personal Information:

  • Promotional Offers from Zircon.  We will occasionally send you promotional materials that we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to have your email address or other contact information used by Zircon to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to privacy@Zircon.com, or if you are already receiving marketing communications from Zircon, you can follow the “unsubscribe” instructions that are included at the bottom of each message or you may send an email to us at marketing@zircon.com asking to be omitted from future email distributions. Please note that if you unsubscribe from our marketing communications, you will still receive administrative messages relating to the functionality of Zircon products or services you use.

Your State Privacy Rights

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal Information.

Specifically, we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA and CPRA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA and CPRA, we will not:

Our Website is directed to U.S. residents.
